Area Director – Fast Casual Concept
Overview
Lead multiple teams in a growing fast casual concept, driving operational excellence, financial success, and exceptional customer service. As an Area Director, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant locations within the SoCal region.
Responsibilities
- Operate efficiently and consistently adhere to company standards and policies
- Enhance operational performance to achieve business objectives
- Review financial statements, identify trends, and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork, high performance, and employee retention
Experience Needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as an Area Director, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial and analytical abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
