Experience Needed
Client of Superior Talent Source is seeking a seasoned General Manager with the following experience:
- 5+ years as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Strong operational knowledge across FOH and BOH
- Passion for delivering top-notch hospitality
- Solid financial acumen—budgeting, P&L, inventory, and cost control
- Strong communicator and quick problem-solver
- POS and restaurant management system experience
- Willfulness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
