What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide top-notch customer service & lead the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment
- Support initiatives to drive sales, upsell menu items, and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service while ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Lead team development, performance improvement, and address any issues or concerns
Your Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
- Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate & inspire a team
- Proficiency in using POS systems & restaurant management software
- Basic knowledge of inventory management & cost control practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, & holidays as required
