What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the kitchen: from purchasing and prep to plating and presentation. Get creative, stay organized, and deliver outstanding quality every time.
• Cultivate a positive, fun, and community-focused kitchen culture that inspires your team to shine. Lead by example, and celebrate performers along the way.
• Coach, lead, and inspire your Back‑of‑House crew to exceed standards. Provide feedback, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment that helps them thrive.
• Optimize operations—manage costs, streamline prep, and reduce waste. Be a master of efficiency and ensure our kitchen runs like clockwork.
• Uphold food safety with taste/temp checks and compliance training. Keep your team safe, compliant, and confident in their work.

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Proven kitchen leadership managing recipes, staff, and food safety. You’re a seasoned pro with a track record of success.
• Strong cost control and ordering acumen. You can tame even the most unruly budgets and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills. You can connect with anyone, from line cooks to executive chefs, and inspire them to reach new heights.
• Passion for scratch-made food and delivering outstanding quality. You live and breathe great taste, and your passion is contagious.
• Prior experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant kitchens. You’ve got the grit, determination, and expertise to handle even the most demanding environments.
