As a Marketing Manager with Client of Superior Talent Source, you’ll be the driving force behind growing a fast-casual restaurant brand with heart and hustle. You’ll lead campaigns, craft content, and bring energy and clarity to how we show up in the marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all channels. Manage social media, influencer relationships, and content creation. Partner with campuses and ambassadors to boost local visibility. Keep brand materials fresh—from menus to signage to training tools. Use guest feedback to guide strategy. Support light design work and coordinate with external vendors.
What We’re Looking For
We need a hands-on, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager who balances creativity with data. You’ll be organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects. A strong communicator and team player is essential. Humble, curious, and eager to make an impact are also must-haves.
Experience Needed
- 2+ years of marketing experience (restaurant preferred)
- Strong writing, project management, and vendor coordination skills
- Data-informed mindset with a creative edge
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Google Workspace, and Excel
