As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind seamless daily operations, outstanding customer service, and efficient team management. You’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including staff training, inventory, and financial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, delivering superior guest services, and ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is meticulously executed.
You’ll coordinate communication between teams, mentor/coach staff, and make hiring and termination recommendations to help us achieve our goals.
You’ll also oversee all financial responsibilities, including inventory, ordering, food cost control, labor targets, and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Experience Needed
- A minimum of 4 years of high-volume full-service corporate casual dining restaurant experience
- Executive kitchen management experience preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Proven customer service, communication, and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for 8-10 hours
