**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate the day-to-day restaurant, ensuring food preparation, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and personal growth.
* Set a high standard for customer service, interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction.
* Monitor financial metrics, analyze sales, costs, and profitability, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
* Conduct regular food safety and quality inspections.
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service setting
* Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving profitability, and leading high-performing teams
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse team members
