Join a growing, high-performing restaurant group based in Anchorage, Alaska. We operate a mix of full-service and fast-casual concepts, and we’re looking for a Director of Operations who can lead 10–15 locations, elevate leadership, and drive performance across the portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Oversee multiple brands: full-service and fast-casual units
* Manage and mentor General Managers and an existing Area Manager
* Deliver operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial results
* Lead growth and development of new locations (3–5 new builds planned)
* Champion team development, accountability, and guest experience

Who You Are

* A proven multi-unit leader (Director or high-performing Area Manager)
* Experienced in both full-service and fast casual operations
* A strong operator and people leader who doesn’t need babysitting
* Comfortable living in (or relocating to) Anchorage, Alaska
