**What You’ll Be Doing**

* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, food safety, and customer satisfaction
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
* Manage labor and food costs through effective scheduling, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies
* Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
* Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales
**Experience Needed**

* 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant environment
* Proven track record of successfully managing operations, leading teams, and achieving financial targets
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
