**Controller Role: Lead Our Finance Strategy and Operations!**

**Overview**

As a Controller, you’ll lead our fast-growing client’s financial strategy and operations, overseeing daily accounting department activities and driving business growth through process improvement and system design.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

* Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, sales/use tax, and payroll
* Own month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting
* Drive financial control and budgeting initiatives to support scaling business

**Experience Needed**

* 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or CPG environments
* Strong understanding of GAAP and experience managing full-cycle accounting
* Proven ability to lead teams, implement systems, and drive process improvement
