Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate restaurant operations
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure satisfaction
- Mentor and coach staff to achieve excellence
- Drive sales growth, minimize costs, and maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in high-volume full-service corporate casual dining restaurant management
- Executive kitchen management experience preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant management software a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and motivate teams effectively
