We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping an unforgettable guest experience, developing a winning team, and driving success every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support team members
- Deliver excellent guest experiences
- Perform food truck opening and closing duties, such as prep training and turning on all equipment, propane fill-up, and driving
- Review, maintain, and replenish all food truck inventory and bank
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory
- Oversee daily operations, setup, and event logistics
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards
- Report maintenance and operational issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive, hands-on attitude
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Basic math and computer skills
