We’re seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead the operations of a fast-paced, fresh, and casual restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Your Role
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Support guest experience, operational support, team leadership, staff supervision, inventory management, quality control, sales and revenue generation, cash handling, and financial management.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices
