- Financial Management: Monitor sales and labor costs, developing strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
- Community Engagement: Participate in local events and initiatives, building relationships with local businesses and organizations.
Your Requirements:
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in fast-casual or casual dining environment. Strong customer service skills, passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
