Join our Client of Superior Talent Source team as a Restaurant Manager and help lead the charge in delivering exceptional service and unforgettable dining experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive sales growth, upsell menu items, and optimize restaurant operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Mentor and coach staff to enhance performance and address any issues or concerns
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and achieve financial targets
Experience Needed
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, casual dining restaurant
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Experience with inventory management, cost control, and POS systems
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
