Assisting with opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
Supporting team leadership and development, as well as motivating and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results
Driving sales growth through upselling and promoting menu items
Managing cash handling procedures, including reconciling sales and preparing daily deposits
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with leadership qualities
Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices
