- Ensure efficient kitchen operations, maintain food quality and safety, and deliver a positive dining experience to guests
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, foster a positive work environment, and provide ongoing training and development
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions
- Manage food inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize overall kitchen efficiency
- Train and develop kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, plating presentations, and adherence to recipes and standards
Your Experience Should Include:
- 3+ years experience as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service casual dining restaurant
- Culinary skills and a solid understanding of kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
