Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and cleanliness
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and providing ongoing training and development
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience Needed
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service casual dining restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively
