Overview of the Role
We are seeking a results-driven leader with a passion for the restaurant industry to join our Client’s team as a General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams; provide coaching and performance feedback to motivate team members.
- Customer Service: Set a high standard for customer service; interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial metrics, including sales, costs, and profitability; develop strategies to maximize revenue and control expenses.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in the casual dining industry
- Strong leadership and management skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and cost control principles
