Restaurant Marketing Director

Remote with some travel to San Diego, LA area.

Strategic Direction & Brand Positioning

• Develop & guide the overall marketing vision & long-term growth roadmap
• keep consistent messaging and visual standards across all guest touchpoints
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and executive leadership teams
• Align marketing initiatives with operational & business objectives

Sales Growth & Performance

• Support comparable sales growth through targeted marketing programs
• Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to improve effectiveness
• Test new ideas & channels to improve traffic & guest frequency

Digital Presence & Guest Engagement

• Lead development and ongoing optimization of the loyalty program
• Oversee the full digital experience including website, mobile ordering, and guest platforms
• lead online reputation strategy including reviews, search visibility, and listings
• Improve direct ordering adoption & reduce reliance on third-party platforms

Content, Social Media & Creative Campaigns

• Direct social media strategy and brand storytelling efforts
• guarantee messaging remains relevant, engaging, & authentic
• Strengthen emotional connection between guests and the dining experience
• Guide creative development for promotions, seasonal launches, and new products

Local Marketing & Community Outreach

• Build scalable local store marketing programs
• Create partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups
• Provide operators with tools and resources to increase neighborhood awareness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Background in restaurants
• Demonstrated ability to propel revenue through marketing initiatives
• Experience managing digital platforms, loyalty programs, and brand strategy
• Comfortable working in a high-energy growth culture
• Strategic thinker with robust execution skills & ownership mentality
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field desired
