Your Role & Impact
- Culinary quality: deliver every dish meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, & develop a skilled team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen functions, from preparation to plating
- Training & Development: Guide staff on cooking techniques, plating, and recipe execution
- Quality Control: ensure consistency and quality in every dish served
- Cost & Inventory Management: Partner with leadership to optimize food costs, minimize waste, & ensure precise inventory control
What You Bring
- 2+ years of culinary management background in an upscale or fine dining setting
- excellent leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Exceptional culinary expertise with a passion for high-quality cuisine
