Our team is searching for a Kitchen Manager to preserve all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include hiring, managing, & training restaurant team members & ensuring outstanding customer service. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations & have a good understanding of what makes great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention, & create a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- direct & oversee the daily culinary restaurant operations. Perform Open / Mid-Day / Closing duties.
- create superior guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate communication and assist between the front of the house and back of the house staff and managers.
- Mentor and coach front of the house and back of the house staff.
- Oversee all financial responsibilities including inventory, ordering food, and hitting all labor targets.
- Make hiring & termination recommendations to the general manager.
- Adhere to company standards & service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor.
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling training, etc.).

Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of high-volume full service corporate casual dining restaurant.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Ability to work in a face-paced setting and stand & walk for 8 to 10 hours.
- Customer service, communication, and team management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and direct managers and employees effectively.
