Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Focused on great food quality, Guest Service, and taking great care of our Team Members.
- The General Manager position is managing providing uncompromised high standards at all times.
- The General Manager demonstrates a consistent track record of positive business results.
- managing formulating plans to meet sales & profitability targets, deploy new initiatives and develop their team.
- Upholds all company policies, procedures and standards through their management team and team members.
- Role Model of the Brand and executes the core values and company standards & service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years General Manager history in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
- demonstrated understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability.
- demonstrated knowledge of front & back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, and service techniques
- demonstrated communication and leadership skills combined with advanced computer and math skills.
- Stable and progressive work history; demonstrated work ethic
