About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations & uphold the highest standards of food quality and consistency
• lead menu development and menu engineering with a prioritize classic Italian techniques
• Manage food and labor costs, inventory, budgeting, & financial performance
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sous chefs, line cooks, & kitchen leadership

What We’re Looking For

• solid foundation in classic Italian cuisine & fresh, made-from-scratch cooking
• 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
• Proven success managing food costs, labor, and kitchen financials
• Culinary Arts degree ideal, but equivalent experience welcomed
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
