Role Model of the Brand and executes the core values & company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.

Requirements

established knowledge of front & back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, & service techniques
At least 3 years General Manager history in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
established understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability.
established communication and leadership skills combined with advanced computer and math skills.
Stable & progressive work history; established work ethic
