We’re hiring a Restaurant Area Director to lead 3–4 high-volume fast-casual/QSR locations for a growing, people-first organization. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role designed for a proven multi-unit operator who wants real authority, visible impact, & a clear path to the next level—without micromanagement.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, & develop General Managers across 3–4 restaurants
- Drive consistency in operations, food quality, service, and brand execution
- Own area-level performance including P&L, labor, and cost controls
- Build a robust leadership bench through talent development and succession planning
- Analyze KPIs and financials to identify opportunities and execute action plans
- Partner with HR and Training to drive engagement, retention, and accountability
- Lead confidently through development, transitions, & performance turnarounds

What We’re in need of
- 4+ years in a multi-unit leadership role
- 8+ years of restaurant management experience
- Coach-driven, people-focused leadership style
- 4+ years of direct P&L ownership
- robust analytical skills with decisive execution
- Thrives in dynamic, high-accountability environments
