What You’ll Do
- Champion daily FOH operations & lead by example on the floor
- Inspire, train, & grow a top-tier team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- preserve flawless execution of brand standards, service procedures, and safety protocols
- Manage labor and staffing to meet business needs while hitting budget goals
- Collaborate with BOH leaders to preserve seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and care, turning issues into opportunities
- Support administrative tasks, inventory, and ordering as needed
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, & excellence

What We’re in need of
- 3+ years of FOH management history in a high-volume, full-service, corporate restaurant
- A natural leader with a track record of driving service excellence & team engagement
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, & cost controls
- A problem-solver with outstanding communication and people skills
- ServSafe and/or local food handler certifications (ideal)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
