Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
* Support and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
* Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality and service standards.
* Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and place orders with suppliers as needed.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service through regular inspections and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Drive sales growth by supporting upsell menu items and contributing to cash handling procedures.
Experience Needed
- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, casual dining restaurant.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
