What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, lead and motivate a team, and deliver exceptional food and service. Your days will be filled with:

• Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and prep personnel.
• Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience Needed

We’re looking for a seasoned pro with:

• Minimum three (3) years experience as a Kitchen Manager in a scratch kitchen restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills and a solid understanding of kitchen operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
