Role Overview

- Running daily operations and setting the tone for success
- Building and developing your team through internal promotions and creating future leaders
- Driving sales, managing budgets, and keeping labor and food costs on track
- Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable guest experiences
Experience Needed
We’re looking for a General Manager with at least 1 year of leadership experience in QSR or Fast Casual. A drive-thru experience is a plus! You’ll need to be a natural people leader who knows how to motivate, train, and retain great teams.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in QSR or Fast Casual
- Drive-thru experience (a plus)
- Proven ability to grow sales and improve operations
