What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute operational strategies to drive quality and consistency
Build, coach, and develop staff to achieve individual and team goals
Collaborate with regional leadership to inform business decisions and drive growth
Experience Needed
- 3+ years of corporate restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership skills in either Front-of-House (FOH) or Back-of-House (BOH)
- A proven track record of delivering quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment
