What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the ultimate behind-the-scenes rockstar, supporting our General Manager with daily operations and team supervision. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, foster a positive work environment, and lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
Experience Needed
- 2+ years of experience in supervisory or management role (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressure
- Basic understanding of business operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling, etc.)
