What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead daily front-of-house operations, supervising and training a team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff to achieve peak performance. You’ll drive operational excellence through hands-on leadership and active floor presence.
You’ll also partner with our kitchen and back-of-house managers to maintain smooth operations, handle guest feedback, and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
Additionally, you’ll manage labor and staffing levels, assist in inventory control, ordering, and weekly administrative duties as assigned, and support ongoing training and performance management to build a high-performing team culture.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of FOH management experience in a corporate, high-volume restaurant setting
- Proven track record of delivering high standards in guest service and team leadership
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe and/or state/local food handler certification (preferred)
