What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the right-hand leader in daily back-of-house operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and high standards in everything from prep to plate. This includes:
- Lead and motivate a large BOH team in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are always met.
- Manage labor, food cost, and kitchen inventory using Restaurant365.
- Create prep lists, schedule staff, and drive peak performance.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and positive work environment.
- Train and develop kitchen staff with clear goals and accountability.
- Collaborate with FOH management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Experience Needed
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Fluent in Spanish and English – a must for team communication.
- Expertise in back-of-house operations, including scheduling, prep, ordering, and compliance.
- Experience using Restaurant365 or similar BOH systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
