What You’ll Be Doing
As our ideal candidate, you’ll be the one who runs the show – or rather, runs the restaurant ! Your daily to-do list might include:
- Leading daily operations and ensuring quality, consistency, and a great guest experience.
- Driving sales, managing costs, and bringing your creativity to the menu, vibe, and guest connection.
- Hiring, coaching, and developing an all-star team that shares your passion for great food and even better service.
- Serving up memorable moments – making every guest feel like family and every slice unforgettable!
- Maintaining top-tier standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone with:
- 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- A love for pizza, hospitality, and leading from the front ❤️
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid grasp of budgeting, scheduling, and inventory
- A hands-on, get-it-done mentality
