Are you a driven food operator ready to take charge of a nationwide catering company’s Chicago hub? We’re seeking a confident, hands-on GM with solid kitchen management skills and a passion for team development.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
* Lead kitchen operations, including systems, prep, menus, and food safety
* Develop and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
* Build strong client relationships and collaborate with sales teams
* Streamline operations using technology
**Experience Needed:**
* Solid experience in kitchen management, inventory, labor management, and food cost control
* Proven track record of leading and motivating teams
* Strong customer focus and ability to work with clients
* Experience with technology for managing operations (a plus!)

**Schedule & Lifestyle:**
* Shifts typically start between 4-5 a.m. and wrap by 2-3 p.m. Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends)

**Location & Requirements:**
* Based out of our Lisle-area location
* Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle with insurance required
