Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a superstar restaurant manager to join our client’s team. As a key player, you’ll oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff
• Deliver superior guest services to ensure satisfaction and boost employee retention
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff and managers
• Mentor and coach staff to improve performance and customer experience
• Monitor financial responsibilities, including inventory management and labor targets
• Minimize operating costs while maintaining high standards of service and quality

Experience Needed

We’re looking for a seasoned restaurant manager with:

• A minimum of two (2) years of high-volume full-service corporate casual dining experience
• Executive kitchen management experience preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and strong customer service, communication, and team management skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand, and walk for 8-10 hours, and motivate teams effectively
