Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and mid-day duties
- Deliver superior guest services and coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Mentor and coach staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee financial responsibilities, including inventory management, labor costs, and sales growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume full-service casual dining restaurants
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and customer service expertise
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage teams effectively, and drive business results
