What’s Your Role?
- Lead Our Front-of-House and Back-of-House Teams: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations
- Develop and Implement Strategies to Drive Sales, Boost Customer Satisfaction, and Enhance Guest Experience:
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies
- Implement customer satisfaction initiatives
- Enhance overall guest experience through staff training and development
- Oversee Daily Operations, Including Opening and Closing Procedures, Staff Scheduling, and Inventory Management:
- Develop and implement daily opening and closing procedures
- Schedule staff to meet business demands
- Implement inventory management practices to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Motivate and Coach Your Team to Achieve Exceptional Service Standards:
- Foster a positive work environment through staff recognition and rewards
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance service standards
- Clinic team members on exceptional customer service techniques
Experience Needed
- Minimum 3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in high-volume casual dining restaurants
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and inspiring teams
- Proficiency in using POS systems, restaurant management software, and inventory management practices
