Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, lead a team of culinary experts, and ensure high-quality food and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and cleanliness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing training and development.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Culinary/Kitchen Manager in a scratch kitchen restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
