Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Oversee kitchen operations, managing food preparation, cooking, plating, and cleanliness
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous learning
- Implement food safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory, minimize waste, and optimize cost control practices
Must-Have Experience:
- 3+ years as a Culinary/Kitchen Manager in a high-end restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
