Responsibilities
- Execute a massive scratch menu while delivering perfect products in a high-volume setting
- Develop and implement creative dishes with a focus on quality and consistency
- Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and expertise
- Collaborate with the Front-of-House team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experiences
- Drive sales growth through effective menu engineering, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
- Analyze P&L statements, make data-driven decisions, and drive business results
Requirements
- Culinary Talent: A passion for putting out the best product, 100% of the time
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen, with a proven track record of success
- P&L Knowledge: Proficiency in business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
