You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing finances, and mentoring staff to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Financial Oversight: Manage and track financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to create a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in leadership capacity
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Demonstrated financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented approach
