Exciting Opportunity for Operations Leaders
We’re seeking an exceptional Direcotr of Operations to oversee the operational performance of our fast-casual/quick-service restaurant chain. You’ll drive the company’s operational goals and ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee District Managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer service, and quality across all locations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each district and location
- Lead training initiatives for District Managers and restaurant teams
Experience Needed:
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
