About The Role
We’re looking for a seasoned pro with a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. As our ideal candidate, you’ll be responsible for:
- Kitchen Operations: Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and cleanliness.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and prep personnel.
Experience Needed
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service casual dining restaurant.
Responsibilities

- Ensure Food Quality and Safety Standards are Met: Implementing and enforcing strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Implement Effective Portion Control Practices: Managing food inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing menu pricing for profitability.
